The marina is active, connected and highly serviced, accommodating diverse maritime customers as well as providing a leisure destination for residents, visitors and workers within water Garden City. The marina is a premium facility that complements the environment of excellence created by the overall development.
The Pearl is an eye-catching architectural feature in Marina Bay. Accessed via a bridge from garden square this complex will accommodate a number of different facilities.
A water taxi service will provide connectivity and help to integrate the three districts and elements of Water Garden City. The primary water taxi stop will be located in the main marina, with additional landing points situated adjacent to the Wharf Housing on The Island, near the family Resort.
The beach is inviting to everyone in the community, making Water Garden City a special place for families to live and play. An attractively landscaped ‘Beach Park ‘with a sandy expanse will provide excellent recreational space for residents.
