RETAIL, LEISURE, FOOD AND BEVERAGE
The retail development is focused on leisure, lifestyle, food and beverage and entertainment. These amenities are predominantly located overlooking the waterfront Neighborhood, along Marina promenade.
The retail is also positioned along the street edges of the urban nones, providing active edges to these nones along the key pedestrian routes. The key feature to the western and of the marine is a public square or plaza which will act as a hub for markets, performance hotel will have more than 20 richly appointed banquet, meeting, and board room to accommodate meeting of any size.

EVENTS 
Water Garden City has a hierarchy of open spaces including Water Plaza, Marina Promenade, Beach plaza and residential courtyards.
Gyms and swimming pool will generally be provided within individual residential buildings. There is the potential for a large scale private fitness centre that will provide additional services such as personal trainers and classes to be located within the Marina District. In addition, the exclusive Marina Club may offer sporting facilities.
Civic art, in the form of sculptures water features and lighting, will be distributed throughout Neighborhood 1b. This will embody the water garden and city elements of the entire development as well as incorporating some aspects of traditional Bahraini design.
To serve the large number of families that will be residing within Water Garden City, a private international primary school will be located in Neighborhood 1c. This primary school will provide education for young children in grades 1-5.
A prayer hall will be provided within The Marina District to cater to the Muslim portion of the residential community, office staff and domestic workers, as well as visitors.
A private general-practice medical centre will be included in the retail and commercial element within The Marina District. Both convenient and discreet, this will provide residents and workers with access to quick and efficient medical services for simple ailments.
